I did not receive any confirmation emails after the purchase!
This could mean several things:
- The emails were saved in SPAM or other inbox folder of your email
Solution: check SPAM and other inbox folders. You can also try searching your inbox for "Corona" keyword.
- The emails were not sent yet (please allow up to one hour for this)
Solution: wait a bit more. If the emails are not there after about an hour, please contact us.
- Wrong email address was provided during the purchase of Corona
Solution: if you think you might have provided wrong email address, or made a spelling error during the purchase, please contact us and we will solve the problem.
